| Description | 1. Pavilion- Re-coat metal roof with approved coating material and paint posts (wrapped aluminum is acceptable). 2. Tower- remove old shingles and replace with 25 year architectural shingles, replaces wood sheathing as needed to included fascia and soffit, inspect flooring on 1st and 2nd floor and replace/repair as needed rehab front balcony(2nd floor), inspect stairs and repairs as needed install new metal door on 1st floor, point up block joint and install split system HVAC unit. 3. Shooting Platfoms- install two (2) 9' * 12 * 14' tall shooting platform at 75 yards and 100 yards from targets (presure treated lumber). |
