Spruce Street MassWorks Improvement Project Worcester, MA. The project includes water and sewer line installation, drainage, full-depth pavement, curbing, lighting, landscaping, and other associated work tasks. Schedule requirements are provided in the bid documents. The prospective bidders must be experienced in roadway and highway construction for projects of at least $900,000 and familiar with MassDOT and City of Worcester DPWP standards.
