Asphalt Slurry Seal

A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District, cash, or a cashier check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the District, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Form, as a guarantee that the Contractor will, within seven (7) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed or other direction, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the Services as stipulated in the bid. In addition, a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond will be required of the successful bidder. Inviting informal bids for repairs, maintenance or construction services for $60,000 to $200,000, awarded pursuant to the "informal bidding" procedures of the public contract code sec 22000, et seq. (The Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act ("CUPCCAA") - informal bid Contractor shall possess at the time of its bid, the following classification(s) of Contractor's California State license: A or C12.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
