Description | The City of Roseville (hereinafter "City"), is soliciting proposals for a Fiber Optic Network Rehabilitation at the Barton Road Water Treatment Plant (hereinafter "BRWTP"). This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities (hereinafter "Contractor(s)"), that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (hereinafter "RFP"), and are capable of providinJohn Jay College of Criminal Justice will accept bids for Exterior Window Cleaning Services on a lump sum, turnkey basis. Services are to include all labor, materials, equipment and aerial machinery to provide exterior cleaning of glass panels and skylights of John Jay College's New Building 524 West 59th Street, 13 floors as set forth in greater detail in the Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents. Pursuant to its discretionary authority under the New York State Education Law and State Finance Law, this procurement opportunity is limited to businesses certified pursuant to Articles 15-A (MWBE) and/or 17-B (SDVOB) of the New York State Executive Law. NYS-certified MWBEs and SDVOBs are strongly encouraged to respond back to this solicitation. Prospective bidders must request the Invitation to Bid Documents from the designated contact listed below. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University's Standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A). Contact with CUNY: The restricted period has begun with the publication of this advertisement. Under the requirements of the Procurement Lobbying Law (PLL), all communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the Designated Contact.
