Description

The scope of work may include preparation of an Environmental Report examining environmental factors associated with the various alternatives examined in the PER. To seek assistance for addressing needs for the replacement of municipal water distribution, sanitary sewer collection systems and street reconstruction. It has become necessary for the City to have a licensed civil engineer prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report for a wastewater and water system study in accordance with Rural Development requirements (RUS Bulletin 1780-2, Preliminary Engineering Reports for the Water and Waste Disposal Program).
