The Eau Claire Humane Society is looking to build a new facility at their existing location. Construction is scheduled to begin in May of 2023 and will continue while they utilize the existing facility. After the new facility is completed and they move in, we will then demo the existing building and finish any remaining site items. Please see the schedule included in the bid documents. Two buildings will be constructed, the main building which will be a 16,765 square foot facility and a separate garage which will be 1,052 square feet.
