| Description | Project J-2022 will consist of asphalt removal and resurfacing of 22 nd Avenue North (from North 3 rd Street to North 10 th Street), and Pershing Boulevard (from 18 th Avenue North to Main Avenue). The project also includes curb & gutter construction, full depth concrete patching, removal and stabilization of sub-grade, reconstruction of sidewalks and ADA curb ramps, replacement of storm sewer infrastructure, along with other appurtenances associated with heavy highway construction along these routes according to the plans on file. |
