Sanitary Sewer Lift Station Renovation - Katyland Drive

1. 1 LS Furnish all labor and materials to break up and haul off existing lift station slab 2. 1 LS Furnish all labor and materials to pour a new 8-inch reinforced concrete slab (10-foot by 22-foot) including casting in aluminum hatch cover over the wet well and over the dry pit with a 2-inch vent pipe 3. 1 LS Furnish all labor and materials to retrofit existing wet well/dry pit sanitary sewer lift station to a duplex submersible lift station including salvages existing Gorman-Rupp T6 pumps & electric motors (2 each), all controls, electrical boxes with motor starters, etc. (All salvaged components will remain the property of the City of Katy) and installing two (2) new Flygt Model C-3127 pumps with 10 horse power electric motors, new float switches, a duplex pump controller, new electrical boxes with motor starters and main disconnect for 240 volt, 3-phase power along with new lockable aluminum hatch covers on the wet well and the valve vault, a gate valve and check valve for each pump and a 6-foot concrete valve pit 4. 10 L.F. Furnish a complete Trench Safety system for all cuts over 5-foot.
