Installation of Water and Sewer Lines

Install owner-provided water,sewer lines, and grinder pump to three recently-placed mobile units at 823 West 5th North Street, Summerville, SC. The project scope includes the following: 1. Install sewer lines as indicated in attached map. A 2” line will tie-in to the manhole located on the western corner of property and will run to a grinder pump provided by County. 6” line will run from the pump along the back side of the mobile units and will “T” off to each unit. 2. Install owner-provided grinder pump package per manufacturer recommendations as shown in Section D. Pipe and pump will be provided by the County, and specifications are located in Section D. Contractor will need to advise on materials needed for water line. 3. Sewer service to the property is provided by Dorchester County, and water service is provided by CPW. 4. Obtain permitting and business license from the Town of Summerville. 5. Ensure finished work meets county’s approval. 6. Remove all debris left over. 7. Any change orders not in the scope or agreed upon prior to work beginning must be approved before it is started. 8. All work must meet all electrical and building code standards
