On Call - Project Development Services

Project development services on an as-needed basis, mainly in the LaPorte District, however, on occasion, it may be necessary to provide these services for any project throughout the state. Required services include all preliminary engineering and environmental services required to deliver a project for an INDOT construction letting. Services may include survey, design, environmental document preparation, utility coordination and right of way plan development. Preliminary engineering assessment/alternative analysis may be requested. This contract is expected to be primarily used for preservation type projects but not limited to small structure replacement projects, bridge rehabilitation, bridge replacements, slide corrections, HMA preventive maintenance overlays, pipe lining and small structure maintenance and repair projects.
