On-Call Electrical Maintenance and Repair Services

Scope: Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical devices and equipment; Troubleshoot, install and/or replace lighting, wiring, heat-trace, switches and/or outlets per the National Electric Code (NEC). Troubleshoot, replace, assemble and/or install various control panels, emergency generator switch gear and provide technical advice to the HAS regarding various facility electrical systems; Troubleshoot, provide, replace and/or install control and logical equipment such as limit switches, counters, timers and relays; Troubleshoot, install, replace and repair circuit breakers and motor controller systems for systems up to and including 3-phase 480V. Installation of wiring and connection to all mechanical, (plumbing and HVAC) as required; Repair/replace parking lot pole(s) and pathway lighting as designated by HAS; Complete troubleshooting and repairing existing electrical systems from the utility electric meter to the source of the problem;
