| Description | Provide Construction Management at Risk Services (CMAR) for a HVAC Renovation project at Fort Myers High School. CMAR will be responsible for providing effective management of the project's schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope and function of the above work and work previously designed during 2014 that was not implemented due to funding. Previously designed work includes replacement of approximately 120 unit ventilators, replacement of 4 air handling units and other various upgrades. Awarded CMAR firm shall respond to permit comments, bidders’ questions, processing submittals of equipment and automated controls for review to incorporate into coordination drawings as required. |
