Description

As of 12/06/2022 All bids were rejected. Site Directions: 75 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. St. Paul, Minnesota 55155 The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. All bids rejected 1. Selective demolition 2. Hydronic heating and cooling fan coils 3. Temperature control and building automation system improvements 4. Testing and balancing 5. Cutting and patching. 6. HVAC commissioning 7. Project will be accomplished in phases with Owner maintaining occupancy throughout the construction process. Contractor shall include an accommodation for project phasing in preparing his/her bid for the Work. The Section 00 41 73 Prime Contractor Response Form (Response Form), which includes the attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, is posted. The Response Form must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before it can be posted. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor or as a Subcontractor, the work for at least three (3) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since July 1, 2017 for construction projects that included HVAC equipment and controls installation. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $300,000 or greater.
