Amistad Field Office - Ground Services

The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supplies, supervision, and management required for performing ground services. Equipment includes but is not limited to riding and push lawnmowers, weed-eaters, electrical and/or gas-operated trimmers, chainsaws, pruners, and personal protection equipment (PPE). Work areas that require ground services are outlined in Attachment A and are described as follows: • Area 1 consists of landscaped (grassy) areas around the perimeter of the administrative building, between and adjacent to each of the six (6) residential houses (excluding front and enclosed rear yards), and open space behind administrative building and the residential houses. Area is approximately 2.5 acres. Forty (40) trees varying in heights are to be trimmed yearly. • Area 2 consists of landscaped (grassy) area between the administration building’s paved parking lot and the Texas Highway Spur 349 right of way. Area is approximately 7.0 acres.
