Description

Questions are submitted online No CONTRACT NO. 04 is for water main installation on Michigan St. from Washington St. to Walnut St. and on Helen St. from Manor Dr. to Noeske St. Some of the quantities listed in the Itemized Bid are as follows: 800 Lft 8" PVC C909 Water Main 350 Lft 12" PVC C909 Water Main General Requirements Bid Deposit: 5% Construction shall not begin prior to July 5, 2023, unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. Construction shall be completed no later than September 15, 2023. Once construction begins, the Contractor shall complete the project within 50 consecutive calendar days. Liquidated Damages will be applied to all days beyond the 50 day construction duration and/or beyond the Sept. 15 completion date.
