Demolition of the Old Leonardtown Complex

The successful contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision and other resources as required for the Old Leonardtown Demolition. Crawlspaces shall be sealed and left in safe manor for future demolition. The Contractor shall form and pour a concrete slab at each crawl space opening. Thickness of slab to match adjacent slab. The Contractor is responsible for all waste haul off. The Contractor to provide monthly waste reports to the University. The Contractor shall include an add-alternate for the demolition of Leonardtown Office Building #201 to top of existing slab at grade. The Contractor is responsible for all waste haul off.
