Description

The renovation shall include but is not limited to: selective demolition within the Business Technology building; relocating the data center servers from the EPI Center - District Office building to the Clearwater Campus- Business Technology building; and designing the new data center to include backup power. Building modifications to the Business Technology building will need to accommodate an open plan layout and the reconfiguration of offices and other interior elements, including the IT and call center staff areas on both the first and second floors of the building, RTU replacement, roof replacement and repair, and renovation of restrooms to current ADA standards.
