| Description | 1. The project consists of replacements & EIFS repairs at Exum Center. 2. Roof Replacements: a. Tear off existing built up roof membrane, sheet metal, metal counter flashings, stone copings, EIFS copings and roof components as indicated. Install new rigid insulation, tapered insulation, metal components and 2-Ply SBS-Modified Bituminous Membrane system as indicated on the drawings. b. Remove and reinstall existing lightning protection. c. Install new roof hatches 3. EIFS Repairs: a. Inspect and repair areas of damaged insulation b. Remove existing sealant at control joints & perimeters of wall penetrations and install new sealant c.. Clean & seal EIFS surfaces over roof areas |
