| Description | Project Description: The project consists of a new cooling tower erected on the existing rooftop support structure shielded by a high masonry wall. The existing mechanical room will house new connections and accessories. Installing and programming modern control devices will restore operational reliability and maintain critical atmospheric conditions. This work will take place at the Law School Library on the Law School Campus of the University of Connecticut, Hartford, Connecticut. The planned construction start date is January 2019 with a substantial completion by April 12, 2019. | ||
