6515--Operating Room Video Upgrade Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center Charleston, SC

The Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center located at 109 Bee Street, Charleston, South Carolina, 29401 is seeking sources to provide an operating room (OR) video integration and recording system with upgraded camera heads for surgical procedures for six (6) surgical suites. This system will upgrade and replace the current video system from a HD system to a 4K system at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center. The system must provide monitors, light boxes, video boxes, camera heads, insufflators, speakers, mounting brackets, cabling and servers to develop a fully integrated 4k video system that can provide live streaming of the ORs and communicate with VA EMR (CPRS and Vista) for storage in addition to being capable of future expansion into the Cerner Electronic Medical Records (EMR), when applicable. The Contractor shall provide all necessary tools, interfaces, equipment/hardware, software, licenses, delivery, installation of new equipment (including new cabling and removal of old cabling) for a seamless transition to eliminate downtime, warranty, and training. All interested offerors must meet all salient characteristics, compatibility requirements, installation requirements and training requirements.
