Project consists of a new manufacturing, distribution and office facility with associated site work. Work includes 17,000 square feet dedicated to office space with a small mezzanine. As of March 2022, the project is in early design and the El Mirage City Council approved a zoning application in November 2021. Information regarding general contractor selection has not been disclosed. As of June 16, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded this project and work is expected to commence third quarter 2022. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
