St. Johns Water Main Improvements

This project consists of reconstruction of St. Johns Water Main Improvements, (Gibbs St., Lansing St. and Scott Rd.) within the City of St. Johns, City Limits: Construction shall include: Removal of existing bit pavement and concrete curb and sidewalk for boring pits and watermain installation. Installation of approximately 1,200 Lft of 12” HDPE-DR11 directional drill watermain; installation of approximately 950 Lft of 12” C-900 watermain by open cut; boring and jacking of approximately 80 Lft of 30” diameter steel casing, connections of new and existing watermains; new valves, fittings, hydrants and other watermain related items; replacement of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks and ADA ramps; replacement of bituminous pavement; limited pavement marking; signing and traffic control, complete restoration and other miscellaneous work items that are normally included with the described work items
