Description | Project Number 626-22-203 Upgrade Mixing Valves, Faucets and Showers. All RFIs submitted shall include the project number and title, contractor name, city, state, phone number, and date submitted. Questions received after 1:00 PM CT 6/15/2023 will not be answered unless it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government ENERAL INFORMATION 1. Scope of Work: Provide construction services to Upgrade Mixing Valves, Faucets and Shower assemblies and the removal of identified fixtures and/or piping for project 626-22-203 at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System Nashville Campus at 1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37212. In addition, the work includes the installation of valves and biocide injection ports. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to successfully complete all work as described. The job includes general construction, plumbing, disconnecting some electrical fixtures, and the restoration of drywall and finishes. 2. Performance Period: o Bid Item No. 1 (Base Bid): The contractor shall complete the work required under this statement of work (SOW) within the 130 calendar days from date of the Notice to Proceed, which includes all work, submittals, material lead times, inspection, and closeout. Unless otherwise stated, any modifications required under the resulting contract and shall be submitted by the contractor and approved by the Contracting Officer (CO). o Bid Item No. 2 (Alternate Deduct #1): Bid Items No. 1, minus all the shower replacements/work. Construction POP is 100 calendar days from the notice to proceed. o Bid Item No. 3 (Alternate Deduct # 2): Bid Items No. 2, minus the installation of balancing isolation valves (6 total) at the base of risers. Construction POP is 96 calendar days from the notice to proceed. |
