| Description | The maintenance service shall include two types of service: Preventive Maintenance (PM) which consists of scheduled maintenance and repair activities and on-call Corrective Maintenance (CM) which consists of unscheduled maintenance and repair activities. The Equipment Inventory List; Attachment - 2, is provided to identify each piece of equipment that requires maintenance services. PM services shall include, but are not limited to those tasks identified in Attachment 3 - Maintenance Task List. All PM shall be performed to the standards set by, and in accordance with, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. The Equipment Inventory List and the Maintenance Task Chart are subject to change by the Government when equipment addition(s) and/or deletion(s) are required due to equipment disposal or replacement. |
