| Description | The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, software and other materials and expenses necessary to maintain the generator equipment and the associated automatic transfer switch (ATS) in good operating condition and in conformance with manufacturer's specifications and the performance requirements of this contract. These services shall include, but are not limited to generator inspections, examinations, lubrication, testing, cleaning and adjusting, and all generator equipment, including adjustments, repairs and replacements of all major and minor parts. All supplies, materials, service vehicles, communication needs, labor, labor supervision, tools, test equipment, special equipment and lubricants necessary to provide turn-key preventive maintenance shall be included in pricing. The Contract shall also provide and unforeseen and/or emergency repair parts and services needed during this contract period. |
