Complete Two Trail Bridges and a Multi-Use Trail

Site work and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel. Scope of Work as described in the Contract documents for the City's project that consists of building and paving approximately 3600 ft. of 12 ft. wide pedestrian/bike trail and furnishing & installing two prefabricated 70 ft. long pedestrian bridges in the City of Hot Springs, AR. In submitting your bid, it is essential that you adhere to the requirements and instructions contained herein. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities. The City also reserves the right to require additional information of bidders in order to determine responsibleness. The City of Hot Springs hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws, and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply. "Buy America" provisions apply to this project. Registration and good standing in the System for Award Management (SAM) will be required prior to contract execution. In accordance with 23 CFR 635.110, any procedures and requirements for qualifying and licensing contractors must be approved by the Federal Highway Administration.
