ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Holden Beach until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the Holden Beach Pier Repair and Renovation Project at Holden Beach Town Hall, 110 Rothschild St., Holden Beach, NC 28462. A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at Holden Beach Town Hall, 110 Rothschild St., Holden Beach, NC 28462, at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. The mandatory pre-bid conference is required for anyone that did not attend the initial pre-bid meeting on October 3, 2023.
