Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision of labors necessary to extend the sanitary sewer on Griswold Rd from Lake Ave south approx. 600 feet as per the improvement plans. This project includes the following approximate total quantities: 603 linear feet of ODOT 611, 12” PVC Sewer Pipe (SDR 35); 2 Sanitary Manholes; 12 cubic yards ODOT 441, Asphalt Concrete Surface Course, Type-1 PG 64-22; 12 cubic yards ODOT 441, Asphalt Concrete Intermediate Course, Type-1 PG 64-22, 400 sq. ft. Sidewalk Replacement and other pertinent items; all as shown on construction plans and specifications.
