Replacing Restroom Fixtures in Ten (10) of the County Schools

SCOPE OF WORK Furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision require to install touch-free restroom fixtures in the following ten (10) County Schools: Accawmacke Elementary, Arcadia High, Arcadia Middle, Chincoteague Elementary, Chincoteague High, Kegotank Elementary, Metompkin Elementary, Nandua High, Nandua Middle, and Pungoteague Elementary. The approximate number of fixtures to be replaced are as follows: 319 Closet Flush Valves, 93 Urinal Flush Valves, and 282 Deck Mount Faucets. Bids should be based on these numbers, but will need to be verified by contractor that is awarded the job, at that time if numbers increase or decrease there will be a per unit cost adjustment. Bids should include a pre-unit cost, and a total project cost. This work will need to be scheduled and completed during the summer either 2022 or 2023, and all restrooms will need to be fully functional by the start of the school Session 2023.
