Rail Road Park Pickleball Court

Railroad Park on Harrison Avenue between 1st Street (CO Hwy52) and 4th Street. The work shall consist of the construction of the Rail Road Park PickleBall Courts that includes two (2) individual pickleball courts yielding 64’ x 64’ ( 4,096 square feet) and pickleball court accessories. Work shall include furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and any other items necessary or convenient to satisfactorily complete the work as shown on the design drawings and/or specified by the Contract Documents and Specifications . 1. Demolition and removal of existing grass; prepare site for court installation. Removal and relocation of existing irrigation system around pickleball courts will be completed by City of Fort Lupton Park Department. 2. Grading and construction of the concrete slab for pickleball courts (do not provide control joints in court slab) . 3. Slab on grade concrete mix shall have a maximum allowed 28-day shrinkage limit of 0.035%. 4. Provide and install a 6-inch, compacted stone base utilizing laser guided equipment to provide a 1% cross slope to ensure proper drainage. 5. Installation of two (2 ) sets of posts for the pickleball courts nets . This work shall include all labor, equipment, and incidentals required to furnish and install new pickleball net posts according to the manufacturer’s installation instructions which shall be provided by the City of Fort Lupton. 6. Installation of fencing around the pickleball courts will be completed by others . 7. All addendum or revision drawings shall be supplied to all sub -contractors prior to construction from the date of the revision and moving forward.
