Description

This solicitation is for a 2 story, modular facility. The facility shall be modular in nature and manufactured offsite. Assembly and installation may occur at the project site. The final location of the LABORATORY is within an existing, high-bay building, which has two main points of access: (a) via exterior 34” x 84” door, and (b) via a rollup door and interior passageways, at times limited to 65” wide and 15’ high. All materials, whether end-product or supporting, must be passable via these means of access. See attached solicitation for full project requirements.
