| Description | Reroofing work includes complete roof replacement of 3 buildings within the Detroit Detention Center, a secured facility, located at 17601 Mound Road, Detroit, MI. The existing roofs are ballasted EPDM. The new roof system is primarily fully adhered EPDM with tapered insulation and a base bid metal roof at the entrance of Buildings 400 and 700 with a deductive alternate for EPDM. Building 200 – Housing 17,600 sq. ft. EPDM +/- concrete deck Building 400 – Housing 18,270 sq. ft.
