SYNOPSIS: San Juan Chama Project (SJCP) Oso Bridge and Culverts PURPOSE: The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Upper Colorado Region, Albuquerque Area Office (AAO) has a need to acquire a firm-fixed price construction contract that will construct a new bridge located east of Chromo, Colorado (US Highway 84) approximate 5.7 miles on Count Road 382 (Navajo River Road) to Oso Diversion Dam located in Archuleta County, Colorado at latitude 37° 01' 50", longitude 106° 44' 08", install replacement culverts located east of intersection of US Highway 84 and County Road 80 approximate 1 mile to Little Oso Diversion Dam located in Archuleta County, Colorado at latitude ±37° 04' 38.4", longitude ±106° 48' 39.8", install a reinforced Concrete Pipe on Spring Creek located in Archuleta County, Colorado at latitude ±37° 04' 19.3", longitude ±106° 49' 27.4", install a reinforced concrete box on Little Navajo River located in Archuleta County, Colorado at latitude ±37° 04' 37.1", longitude ±106° 48' 43.0".
