| Description | Invitation for formal bids for the Alta Community Park Sports Courts Project: Site Preparation, Post-Tensioned Sports Courts, Concrete Flat Work, Irrigation, and Landscaping. The project will generally consist of site preparation, post-tensioned sports courts, concrete flat work, irrigation, and landscaping. All work shall be completed no later than October 30, 2023. Notice to proceed will be issued no later than one week after contract signing. As of August 2020, materials used must be produced in the United States consistent with federal law 200.322 Domestic preferences for procurements. All contracts and subcontracts must reference federal law 200.322 Teton County/Jackson Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in proposals. |
