| Description | Lump sum proposals are sought for annual maintenance services at Travis Countys new 456,000 SF courts facility at 1700 Guadalupe, Austin, Texas for one year with a 2nd year option commencing on January 1, 2023. Services sought for the lump sum proposal include all staffing and consumables required for maintenance of all of the following: Building automation, building exterior, building security and surveillance systems, electrical equipment and systems, fire protection and life safety equipment and systems, kitchen equipment, mechanical equipment and systems, plumbing equipment and systems, and elevators and escalators. Proposals will be awarded on a best value for money basis, taking into account qualifications, experience, understanding of needs, and price. |
