Description

1. Interior renovations to two (2) 2-story units, #119 and #121, plus installation of a building wide, six-unit fire alarm system. Renovation includes but is not necessarily limited to replacement of kitchen and bath cabinets, countertops, appliances and accessories; wood floor restoration and refinishing; new replacement resilient sheet flooring and base in kitchens and baths; minor carpentry and partition repair involving drywall and plaster repair; painting; replacement of window blinds; new bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures; new kitchen and bath exhaust fans; GFCI upgrades; new lighting fixtures; and, for the entire building, a new fire alarm system. There is no exterior work apart from minor work associated with these improvements (cf. horn-strobe units on exterior, etc.). 2. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done.
