The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The requirement will be reserved 100% for small businesses under NAICS Code 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a size standard of 16.5M.
