Description

Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor, including hoisting (crane only) to replace 45 RTUs at Channing Hall Charter School. Contractor will replace each RTU with a new RTU capable of providing equal performance capabilities as existing RTUs (Bryant Model 580FPV036074ABGA) that must fit with little or no modification of the existing curb. Based on the current supply chain issues, the RTUs, if necessary to meet all other requirements, can be of different brands, but otherwise must be conforming to all specifications. CH prefers to have all equipment be of the same brand. CH will entertain alternate brands of RTUs that may require curbing modification so long as Contractor’s proposal includes a Turnkey Project, including any required engineering.
