| Description | Roof remediation and replacement at the Municipal Center. Includes cupola repair & remediation of transite tiles. As of May 12, 2023, this project is in the planning phase. A design firm has not been selected. It is anticipated bidding will commence and construction will start in summer 2023. This project is included in the Town of Newtown's FY 2023/24 - 2032/33 CIP. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
