Description

The project consists of the construction of the site grading, utilities, and construction of central utilities to serve future buildings, stormwater, and central stream construction. The project consists of two concurrent components, Public Realm and Private Realm. The University has determined that Competitive Sealed Bidding is not practicable or fiscally advantageous for this complex project in coordination with multiple other projects; therefore, the contract will be awarded with a Competitive Negotiation Contractor – Fixed Price project delivery method.
