Rancho De Calistoga Sewer Line Bank Stabilization Project

Bids are accepted for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project known as RANCHO DE CALISTOGA SEWER LINE BANK STABILIZATION PROJECT, according to drawings and specifications and according to the Contract Documents and other work not specifically mentioned herein, but which may be required as directed by the Engineer or his designated representative. Those bidders who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be excused from their bid or any provision thereof on account of information that was available at the pre-bid meeting. The contractor and subcontractors must furnish electronic certified payroll records to the Labor Commissioner. In accordance with Labor Code Section 1725.5 (with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code Section 1771.1(a)), no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. In accordance with Labor Code Section 1725.5 no contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. In accordance with provisions of California Public Contract Code Section 3300, the City has determined that the Contractor shall possess a valid Class A (General Engineering) License at the time that the contract is awarded. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids; to make any awards or any rejections in what it alone considers to be in the best interest of the City, and waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids
