Vowles Minor Subdivision Lateral Improvement Project

This Project consists of the construction of 3 4” sewer laterals, 5 1” water laterals with 1” meter box, and repair of the sidewalk, asphalt, curb and gutter associated with the in stall of the water meter, water lateral, and sewer lateral. The principal items of work are as follows:The areas indicated on the plans are to be sawcut to provide access to install the sewer laterals, water laterals, and water meters. All removed asphalt, base course, sidewalk, and curb and gutter material to be properly disposed of offsite, subgrade shall be graded and shaped to proper profile and then compacted, soft subgrade areas shall be stabilized. Granular Borrow shall be placed to a depth of 12inches minimum and compacted to line and grade as select borrow roadway embankment material, 9inches Grade 1 untreated base course shall be provided and graded to match existing and compacted, and 3inches of PG 6428 Grade 1/2 asphalt materal shall then be placed and compacted as the finished surface. Curb and gutter to be restored to Tooele City standards. Sidewalk to be restored to Tooele City Standards.Water laterals are to be installed to Tooele City standards. Water Meters are to be in stalled to Tooele City Standards. Sewer Laterals are to be in stalled to Tooele City standards.
