The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department, (hereinafter referred to as "OCSD" or "COUNTY") invites Security Electronics Contractors to submit pre-qualification documents for the Jails Security Electronics Controls System Upgrades - IRC Mod K and TLF Mods K,L,M,N, and O (hereinafter referred to as "PROJECT" or "Project") to be undertaken by the OCSD. Security Electronics Contractors must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid on the PROJECT.
