Base Option 1. Lab Rooms: 210, 212, 213, 310, 313, 314 2. Total of eleven (11) fume hoods. 3. Replace existing sash sensor new retractable sensor (total of 11). 4. Replace existing operator display with new current model display (total of 11). 5. Replace existing Siemens Fume Hood Controller with new current model fume hood controller (total of 11). 6. Replace existing fume hood pneumatic damper actuator with Siemens electric damper actuator (total of 11). Disconnect and make safe existing pneumatic control tubing. 7. Check and calibrate operation of existing Fume Hood controls and Lab Room controls. 8. Provide control programming to match existing. 9. Utilize all existing control point wiring from new Siemens controller to the associated equipment. 10. Provide air Balancing of the lab spaces
