Meridian Habitat Park Site Improvements Phase 4

As of Janaury 19th, 2022, project was awarded to Tucci and Sons for $2,407,905.55. Construction is anticipated to begin in February and end in August. Design, engineer and permit the update and expansion of the parking lot, vehicular circulation, playground and associated facilities at Meridian Habitat Park. Work will include public outreach, public bid support and construction administration. Pierce County Parks and Recreation Services is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified multidisciplinary teams for the design, engineering and permitting for site improvements to Meridian Habitat Park located south of the city of Puyallup, in Pierce County. The result of this RFQ process will be the negotiation and award of a Professional Services Agreement (PSA). One firm may be selected for award and negotiation of a PSA. In some cases, the County may elect to assign only specific portions of a project, or in other cases, the entire project including auxiliary associated work to the Consultant. The County reserves the right to reject all submissions and re-advertise the project at a later date.
