Description

The proposed Work is generally described as follows: Furnishing the labor, materials, tools, equipment and services necessary for the replacement of the (4) packaged rooftop units with (4) new gas-fired packaged rooftop units. This work also includes: installing (7) new VVT boxes as replacements; (3) new VVT boxes as added zones; some new ductwork; install new controls for all systems and complete setup and calibration of controls per manufacturer`s instructions; install (4) new transfer ducts for the restroom makeup air; install new manual dampers on each duct branch to balance the system; balance the system including the rooftop units, VVT boxes, and each air device in the space; and installing bi-polar ionization for each packaged rooftop unit.
