| Description | The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project completion date will be June 30, 2024. This federally funded contract will resurface Hiland Road from Eagle River Loop Road to MP 3.2. Project work includes pavement planning, paving, drainage improvements, guardrail, signing, lighting, and signalization. Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department's approved online bidding service.
