I-182/Col R Lee-Volpentest Columbia River Bridge EB - Joint Repair

STIP ID 518202R03 The bridge joints on the eastbound I-182 Col R Lee-Voplentest bridge over the Columbia River are deteriorating and need to be repaired. This project will replace the existing joints to provide a smoother ride and preserve the structural integrity of the bridges. As of April 18, 2023, this project is in Design status. Preliminary engineering is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2022 and environmental design is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2021. The contract advertisement is expected in fourth quarter of 2023 and construction is anticipated to be operationally complete in the fourth quarter of 2024.
