Architectural and Engineering Services for the Four Site SY 2024-25 Middle School Functional Equity Classroom Additions Project

LDB participation goal - 10.00%, VBE participation goal - 3.00% Building additions at each site ranging in size from 8 – 16 classrooms, which may include laboratory spaces, resource rooms and planning areas, in addition to general classroom spaces, to increase permanent capacity. The building addition will be connected to the existing campus systems. Remodeling of existing spaces (e.g., conversion of general classroom spaces to labs) if deemed beneficial to the overall operation of the school. The scope of work at the individual sites will vary. Campus-wide Capital Renewal to replace or refurbish select systems, including but not limited to air-side heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and components, building automation system (BAS) controls, chillers, and select low voltage systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Intercom, Sonitrol).
