Concrete Repairs at the Federal Buildings

The contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary toremove and replace approximately 2000 square feet of concrete sidewalk, one concrete stair, and 20 linear feet of retaining / landscape wall at the Federal Building in Aberdeen, South Dakota, and remove and replace approximately 3500 square feet of concrete sidewalk at the Federal Building in Huron, South Dakota, in accordance with attached solicitation/agreement. NOTE: -Both CLINS 0001 and 0002 will be awarded, breakdown is for accounting purposes only. Offers must be provided for both CLINS, only one single award will be made. -Reference Part II of the solicitation C201 for instructions on submitting proposals. -There will not be a formal bid opening. -Offer amounts must be for ENTIRE project to be considered for award. The offered prices shall include any applicable taxes and fees. -All contractors submitting a proposal MUST have an ACTIVE registration in SAM.gov. -Notice to proceed with work on site will be issued once security clearances are in place and weather is favorable for outside work. The estimated price range for the Project is between $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
